UNITE. PROGRESS. GROW.

August 2, 2014 | Miami, FL

COMMUNITY + BUSINESS EXPO

UNITE. PROGRESS. GROW. Although it's self explanatory, it's also a statement and a process we believe that people in the community can gravitate to and understand in order to stimulate a desire to make a change. At this event, we will educate, motivate and inspire our community -- more importantly, black men, through arts and culture that we are are somebody.

Utilizing the beautiful facility in our community, The African Heritage Cultural Arts Center located at 616 NW 22nd Ave, Miami FL 33142. We are having an all day event from 10am - 4pm with many community organizations coming together using cooperative economics to achieve our overall goal of bringing our community together.

The two most integral parts of this day will be the "Free Thinkers Forum: Sankofa", a moderated open discussion where elders in their community share their experiences from the past while gaining a perspective of what's going on today with our youth.

As well as the "Entrepreneurship is the New Hustle" workshop, where we want to encourage and educate the community on starting and operating their own business.

This is an OPEN, FREE ADMISSION event and we look forward to seeing you there, and bringing like minds together.
